NexusCompress Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NexusCompress at compress.funadventure.ae, operated by Fun Adventure Media Studio (“we”, “us”). By using NexusCompress, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
NexusCompress provides browser-based utilities to compress images, convert images to PDF, merge or split PDFs, and optimize SVG files. Processing runs locally in your browser unless otherwise stated.
2. No warranty
NexusCompress is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the files you process, backups, and compliance with applicable laws. Do not use NexusCompress for unlawful content or to infringe others’ rights.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of NexusCompress, including data loss or business interruption.
5. Advertising and third parties
NexusCompress may display third-party advertising and analytics. Those services are subject to their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of NexusCompress after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
